What is a "laser" wash?

A laser wash is a touch free car wash that uses laser "eyes" to measure the dimensions of your car. Our LaserWash utilizes a combination of powerful detergent and high pressure rinse to clean your car without the worry of brushes and friction damaging your vehicles finish.

 Does North Ridge Laser Wash use hot or cold water?

North Ridge Laser Wash only uses hot rinse water, as it does a better job at cleaning. Many washes will "cut corners" and use cold water as it takes less energy, costing them less but leaving you with an inferior wash.

Does North Ridge Laser Wash accept credit or debit cards?

Yes, North Ridge Laser Wash accepts credit and debit cards in all LaserWash and self-serve wash bays. Our vacuums and vending machines will accept credit and debit cards in the near future.

 I came to your wash and experienced an issue. Now what?

Due to the nature of the 24 hour self-service car wash, issues with the equipment will arise periodically without our knowledge. If you experience something that is not working properly, please bring it to our attention promptly and your money will be refunded. There are several ways to contact us:
